GIVEAWAY CONTEST (the “Contest”)

RULES AND REGULATIONS

Contest is organized by Johnson Inc. (the “Sponsor”) and will run from July 1, 2008 at 9:00 a.m. (NST) to August 31st, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. (NST).

1. Eligibility
   
   Contest open to residents of Canada (excluding Quebec, Manitoba and Saskatchewan) who have reached the age of majority in the province in which they reside, except representatives, employees, agents of Johnson Inc., or its affiliates, contest judges and persons with whom the aforementioned are domiciled.
   
   
2. How to Enter
   
   No purchase is necessary. Eligible persons may enter the Contest by either: i. Requesting a quote for home or auto insurance from the Sponsor. Once the eligible person requests or agrees to receive a quote on their home or auto insurance, he or she is automatically entered into the contest; or ii. Providing Sponsor with a valid expiry date of their existing home or auto insurance policy. If the eligible person’s home or auto insurance policy does not expire within sixty (60) days of contacting the Sponsor, a quote cannot be provided. At that time the eligible person shall provide their name, complete address, daytime phone number, and a valid home or auto insurance expiry date to be entered into the contest; or iii. Having a home or auto insurance policy through the Sponsor and having registered a valid AIR MILES collector card number with the Sponsor within the contest period will be automatically entered into the contest. Any eligible policyholder who cancels or chooses not to renew their home or auto policy through Sponsor during the contest period will not lose their original entry into the contest.
   
   In respect of 2 (i) and 2 (ii) persons may contact the Sponsor through one of the following means:
   
   A. Telephone at 1-888-966-0066 or through any relevant contact number that has been published by the Sponsor for marketing purposes; or
   
   B. Online via the "I'd like a quote form" available on www.johnson.ca/airmiles or a relevant website that Johnson Inc. has established for AIR MILES Collectors. Entries received online shall be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. There is a limit of one entry for each category of insurance for each eligible person (e.g. one entry for auto insurance and one entry for home insurance).
   
   
3. Draw
   
   The Winner will be selected randomly from among all the eligible entries received through an electronic draw at 5:00 p.m. (NST) on September 22, 2008. The draw will take place at 95 Elizabeth Avenue, St. John's, NL at the corporate head office of Johnson Inc. Odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries received throughout the contest period. Limit of one prize per household.
   
   
4. Prize – 25,000 AIR MILES reward miles
   
   There will be one (1) prize of 5,000 AIR MILES reward miles available to be won in the Contest.
   
   There will be one (1) Winner selected from all eligible entries received.
   
   The approximate retail value of AIR MILES reward miles prize depends on the chosen method of redemption and available reward options at the time of redemption. If redeemed for flights (850 reward mile minimum required for flight redemption), value depends on destination chosen, date of travel and use of multiple carriers or suppliers. Winner must pay any applicable taxes, related transportation fees, governmental levies, excess baggage and other non-ticket costs. The value of AIR MILES reward miles redeemed for non-flight reward options depends on reward options in effect at the time of redemption. Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the AIR MILES Reward Program as amended from time to time. Prize is not transferable or convertible to cash and must be accepted as awarded. No substitutions except at Sponsor’s option. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component for one of equal or greater value. If a potential winner of AIR MILES reward miles is not an AIR MILES Collector, he/she may enrol in the AIR MILES Reward Program by visiting www.airmiles.ca or by calling the AIR MILES Service Centre at 1-888-AIR MILES. By enrolling to become an AIR MILES Collector you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the AIR MILES Reward Program as amended from time to time. In order to claim prize, selected entrants must first correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by telephone or mail. The selected entrant will be notified by telephone or mail and will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release within ten (10) business days of notification (“Winner”). If a selected entrant cannot be contacted by telephone or mail or fails to return the contest documents within the specified time, he/she will forfeit his or her prize and an alternative winner will be selected by the same method. All prizes will be delivered to confirmed winner. Winner waives all recourse against Sponsor and its affiliates if prize(s) offered does not prove to be entirely satisfactory. By accepting a prize, the Winner consents to the use of his or her name and city of residence without further compensation in any advertising or publicity or marketing efforts carried out by the Sponsor.
   
   
5. General
   
   This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. By entering this contest, participants agree to be bound by these official rules and by the decisions of the contest judges, which shall be final on all matters relating to the contest. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and none will be returned. For information on the Sponsor’s use of personal information in connection with this contest, see the privacy policy posted on the Sponsor’s website, www.johnson.ca. If for any reason this contest is not capable of being completed as planned including, but not limited to computer virus, bugs, tampering, technical failures or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor, Sponsor reserves the right, to cancel, suspend or modify the Contest. The contest is managed by Johnson Inc. (for Unifund Assurance Company). LoyaltyOne, Inc. is in no way connected to the management of this contest.
